He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and has dedicated his career to helping international students and their home societies to flourish. Dr. Osburn has two books: Taming the Beast: Can We Bridle the Culture of Corruption? and Developing Redemptive Change Agents: Discipleship That Helps Nations Flourish Rather Than Flounder. He has worked with students worldwide to develop programs and resources that foster ethical awareness and responsible citizenship based on a Christian worldview.
